On Nov. 22, Interim Associate Vice Provost for Student Affairs and Dean of Students Melissa Morgan sent out an email to members of the OSU Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity regarding reports of hazing received on Nov. 20. The email informed the Chapter that she was provisionally revoking the chapter’s Affiliated Housing Program status.
