The ASOSU Student Fee Committee is sworn in at the ASOSU Inauguration at Reser Stadium in Corvallis, Oregon, May 31.

OSU’s new student government was sworn in Friday in the Coastal Club section of Reser Stadium, with new President Audrey Schlotter and Vice President Zach Kowash among those taking office.

Schlotter and Kowash’s presidential ticket won this year’s Associated Students of Oregon State University election, with the two running on the “Building Back a Better Beaver Nation” platform. Their platform focused on student community engagement and outreach, student health and wellness, and monetary integrity.

Sophia Nowers was elected Student Fee Committee chair, with SFC At-Large seats going to Saegis Abbott, Lillian Goodyear, Dylan Perfect, Cole Peters and Madison Wusstig.

The 15 undergraduate ASOSU Senate seats went to Mercedez Allen, Shawn Durr, Elizabeth Eckman, Jacob Field, Kieran Hostetler-McLaughlin, Destiny Jones, Katyayani Karlapati, Teaghan Knox, Camryn Lau, Christina Lewandowski, Donovan Morales-Coonrad, Emerson Pearson, Adison Rowe, Alexa Gomez Silva and Leah Wright.

Three graduate seats were also open in the election, with one filled by Nathan Raschkes, the only graduate candidate on the ballot.

Everyone elected in 2024 will serve a one-year term.
