At Fred Meyer, a 55” Smart TV will set you back $799.99, but you can get an even bigger 65” TCL Smart TV with Google TV for $379.99. For those opting for value over size, a 40” Vizio Smart TV is only $159.99.
Franz enriched premium white bread is $3.49 per loaf. Dave’s Killer Bread is $6.99 per loaf. 100% whole wheat Oroweat is $3.99 per loaf.
Textbooks have always felt overpriced. According to the Education Data Initiative, the average textbook was between $100 and $150 in 2023.
One pound of Kroger’s extra lean ground beef was $8.79 and an 8 oz Simple Truth Organic Grass fed Beef Sirloin was $11.49.
Tuition at Oregon State University in 2024-25 will be approximately $366 per credit, depending on the field of study.
In other facets of life, Netflix costs $6.99 per month for the cheap version with ads, $9.99 for the cheap Disney+ subscription, $5.99 for Paramount +, and ESPN+ is $10.99 per month.
The iPhone 15 is $829.99 for the standard model, and the Samsung Galaxy S24 starts at $799.99.
