The three suspects allegedly involved in a bias crime assault last month are scheduled to appear in court beginning in December.

Benton County Circuit Court confirmed that suspects Dylan Guido and Riley Westbrooks will be on the docket on Dec. 14 at 8:30 a.m. Suspect Kyle Rackley will be on the docket on Dec. 9 at 10:30 a.m. A docket is the list of legal cases to be heard by a court.

Guido, Westbrooks and Rackley allegedly assaulted an employee at the 7-11 located at 736 NW Kings Blvd in Corvallis, Ore. while using homophobic and transphobic slurs against them.

On Nov. 4, Guido and Westbrooks were both arrested on one charge of bias crime in the first degree and assault in the third degree, while Rackley was arrested on one charge of assault in the third degree. All three posted bail that night and appeared at BCCC for their arraignment on Nov. 5.
