Septembeerfest to be held Sept. 10

Save the date and hop on over to Avery Park in Corvallis, Ore. for the Heart of the Valley Homebrewers 15th Annual Septembeerfest on the 10th of the month, running 12-7p.m.

With 20+ local breweries making an appearance, you are almost guaranteed to find your perfect IPA, craft beer, or cider match at this spirited festival.

Admission is covered by the purchase of a taster and starting at $25 every attendee over the age of 21 will receive a tasting glass and 8 beer tickets to spend on their choice of beer or cider. The tasters are generally 4oz per one ticket, so spend wisely or you can always purchase more beer tickets for $5 per four tickets.

Community inclusion and safety matters as everyone under the age of 21 is invited to attend for free and so are any people who volunteer as designated safe rides home. You can volunteer to be a designated driver on their website linked below.

This festival is not just for beer lovers and designated drivers as there will be a variety of live musical performances throughout the day, including; Funky Friendship & Cosmic Love, from 12-1 p.m., The Dan Kaufman Band, from 1:30-3p.m., Side Hustle, from 3:30-5p.m., and Camp Crush, from 5:30-7p.m..

Pets will not be allowed and cash is preferred so leave Fido at home with lots of food and water, hit up the ATM, and be sure to get your tickets early.
