Andrew Oswalt posts bail, released from jail

ASOSU Rep. Andrew Oswalt was indicted on Jan. 30 on two counts of intimidation in the first degree and two charges of criminal mischief in the third degree.

Andrew Oswalt posted bail and was released from the Benton County Jail Friday afternoon. According to the terms of his release, Oswalt is banned from the OSU campus, must surrender all firearms in his possession to the authorities and have no contact with the victims or witnesses in his case. A family member posted $25,000, 10 percent of Oswalt’s $250,000 bail amount.
