1,719 flags are currently in the library quad as part The Red Zone Campaign put on in conjunction with Diversity & Cultural Engagement – Oregon State University​, CARDV​ and OSU Student Health Services​ Survivor Advocacy and Resource Center to highlight the number of reported sexual assaults in Oregon in 2016. The display will be up through Monday.
