The mural titled, “Oh Deer” by artist Sebastian Vela Velazquez located between Madison Avenue and Jefferson Avenue in downtown Corvallis, Ore. on Nov. 15. This vibrant mural features Oregon wildlife and Corvallis’ famous viewpoint, Marys Peak.
